Flawless Photo is a County Durham-based company specialising in relaxed and contemporary wedding photography. My name is James Burns and I love photography - it's my passion as well as my work which means that I have the best job in the world and who wouldn't want to have their wedding photographs taken by the guy with the best job in the world? I'm passionate about photography because it's all about emotions and life. You'll see me smile a lot in my work - it's because I'm noticing little things that constantly amaze me and make me happy. I've been known to cry at some particularly special speeches, but please don't be alarmed as it doesn't ever affect the quality of my images. Photography to me is timeless and classic; each photograph is a tiny slice of time, frozen forever and that you can be returned to whenever you wish. It's like a 2-dimensional Narnia, only you don't have to walk through a wardrobe or wear a fur coat to enjoy it. I love to take photographs and more than that, I strive to take photographs that people will love. My approach is relaxed and largely informal. I love to capture unfolding events, stuff them into my camera, add a little personal vision and then release them gently for your maximum enjoyment. I take my photographic inspiration from a wide range of genres, but my approach is mostly documentary, with a stylish and contemporary twist. The idea is that you will receive a photographic copy of your day as though seen through the eyes of one of your guests, combined with some killer set-up shots that you're going to want to hang on your wall.
