Romantic love songs to swinging Jazz. The Eileen Johanna Jazz Band performs songs from the Great American Songbook. Well loved classics from the 1930’s and 40’s including many of the songs popularised by Ella Fitzgerald, Frank Sinartra and Sarah Vaughan. The band’s repertoire covers romantic love ballads through to up tempo dance numbers, guaranteed to get any audience swinging.

All members of the band are professional musicians who have studied music at degree level. The band has played at many weddings, parties, functions and corporate events. Their previous clients include: Coutts Bank, The Bath Festival, Bristol Zoo as well as many Jazz clubs throughout the South of England.

The full band is a quartet made up of female vocals, guitar, double bass and drums. They can also perform as a trio or duo if that is more suitable for during the guests arrival and wedding breakfast. They are equally well able to deliver smooth back ground music as well as more energetic swing suitable for dancing and evening entertainment.
